Message	I had a similar noise, thought for sure it was rod knock. I even pulled the pan to change the bearings. It turned out to be my cam gears. Do you have Blazt? If so, try enabling your VTC. If the noise goes away when enabled, it is your cam gears going bad. Time to get some BDE's. Usually, bad cam gears are loud when cold though, so this may not be it. Something to check though. What is Specialty Z's VTC mod?
